We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Rainbow Support Worker

£18,616 - £19,916 pa (pro rata)

 

Our service is expanding so we are looking for motivated, caring and enthusiastic people to join our team of Rainbow Support Workers. You will be responsible for delivering our Home Care and Support service in the local community and support our Day Opportunities service at one of our Care Hubs in Marchwiel and / or Penley.

 

Both services support people to maintain their independence, reduce loneliness and isolation and increase positive health.
