Mindfulness Walking

Our mindfulness walks are a great way to to get outside and reconnect with yourself and nature. Follow the walk leader Amanda as she takes you through a number of mindfulness techniques to help promote your personal wellbeing.

Starting from Wednesday 14th July 2021, the walks will run for an initial 6 weeks. 

There are two walks available on Wednesday each week:

  •  10AM - 11AM  starting from Penley Rainbow Centre

  • 3PM - 4PM starting from the Royal Oak in Bangor-on-Dee
